Modern pickles sold in bottles today are made using preservation techniques that stop the changes in ingredients. In essence, these foods become sterile.

At Bhoomi, we make small batch pickles in ceramic or glass jars using natural pickling and fermentation methods which facilitate continuous, ongoing transformation and enhancement of the vegetables.

Just like our grandmother’s pickles.

Salty, spicy, savory, Punjabi style pickle is an amalgamation of all the favorite achaari flavors, roast and coarsely ground whole spices, matured and fermented with carrots, beetroot and radishes from our farm in ooty.

Ingredients: Carrot, Radish, Beetroot, Mustard oil, Pink Salt, Red Chili, Mustard, Fennel, Coriandor, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Caraway.

Packed in a recyclable reusable glass jar.

Net weight: 160 gm
Shelf life: 3 months from date of manufacture.
